- We are seeking an experienced Program & Integration Lead to drive the successful delivery within a global Data & Analytics transformation program.
- This role combines program leadership, technical integration management, and stakeholder engagement across business and IT functions.
- The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions, ensuring the seamless integration of regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.

Qualifikationen
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong background in Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Analytics environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with architects, data engineers, and technical delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data domains, e.g., Sales and performance analytics, Customer and HCP data.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Highly structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented approach.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.
- Exposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
Erfahrung
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, PMO, or Transformation Leadership roles.
- Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
- Experience with data warehouse modernization and migration programs, data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar).
- Experience in data modeling, data governance, and master data management.
- Experience in reporting and analytics solutions, system integration, and dependency management.
- 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience in global data transformation, platform consolidation, or data product programs.
