In dieser Rolle garantierst du den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Anwendungen, unterstützt CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitHub Actions, übernimmst Sicherheitsprüfungen und kümmerst dich um Incident Management für eine hohe Verfügbarkeit.

- You will ensure the smooth operation of our applications across development, test, simulation, and production environments.
- You will support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure to meet new requirements.
- You will assist with running and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- You will support the deployment of applications to higher environments and monitor applications on a regular basis and handle business support requests.
- You will review security related tickets for the platform and take appropriate action, while also collaborating with other DevOps colleagues to resolve security related tickets.
- You will collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into engaging UI designs.
- You will ensure consistency with design guidelines and maintain a high standard of usability.
- You will support incident management activities to ensure optimal production environment uptime in coordination with the team.
- You will take ownership of process documentation and ensure it is up to date and ready for use.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Ausbildung
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- You have solid knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally Google Cloud Platform and good understanding of DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- You show knowledge of creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- You are familiar with ITIL processes as well as a good understanding of DevOps principles.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
Erfahrung
- You already gained some experience using GitHub for source code management and documentation of user guideline.
- You have made your first practical experience in the area of IT security, for example through internships or comparable hands on exposure.
- You have knowledge of vulnerability management and experience working with Jira tickets and have previous experience in handling production support requests.
