Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Working Student in CRM Project Support, you will be part of a cross-functional team driving the implementation and configuration of CRM solutions.
- You support system setup, documentation, and testing activities, contributing to reliable and structured CRM processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
- Your work helps ensure data quality, system stability, and effective user adoption.
- You support the CRM project team in system configuration activities and contribute to setting up structured and scalable solutions.
- You assist in documenting business requirements, processes, and use cases to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
- You document technical configurations and system settings to support maintainability and knowledge transfer.
- You support data preparation, migration, and validation to ensure consistency and quality across systems.
- You participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping to identify issues and validate functionality.

Qualifikationen
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in CRM systems and business processes, especially in Sales, Service, or Marketing.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Structured and independent working style with a high level of reliability.
- Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
