Deine Rolle im Team
- As a Senior Game QA Tester, you will actively contribute to the quality of our upcoming survival-to-city-builder RPG Solid River.
- The position involves hands-on testing of game builds throughout development, identifying bugs and gameplay issues with real impact on game priorities and improvements.
- The role requires ownership of quality across complex gameplay systems, leveraging proven AAA game development QA experience.
- Own the QA strategy for assigned systems and drive testing standards across the team.
- Mentor junior testers and help shape QA processes and best practices.
- Test game builds and features across different development stages.
- Identify, reproduce, and clearly describe bugs and unexpected behavior.
- Verify bug fixes and support regression testing.
- Create and maintain structured test cases for assigned areas.
- Participate in regular playtests and provide actionable gameplay feedback.
- Work closely with designers and programmers to clarify expected behavior.
- Support internal and external playtests, including preparation and follow-up.
- Take ownership of specific systems or test areas over time.
- Contribute to improving QA workflows, documentation, and tooling.

Qualifikationen
- Passion for survival, city-building, or RPG games.
- Fluent English (C1 or above).
- Ability to work onsite in Munich, Germany.
- Valid EU work authorization.
Erfahrung
- 2+ years of professional AAA game QA experience.
- Experience testing PC or console games.
