- As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions and intelligent agentic systems.

- Your job's key responsibilities are:
- Designing and implementing end-to-end Generative AI solutions, AI agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to address business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, providing technical expertise, and delivering scalable and robust AI solutions.
- Conducting research and evaluation of emerging AI models, agentic frameworks, and development kits.
- Working independently on Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate and showcase the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Conducting direct client communication to understand their needs and tailor AI-driven solutions accordingly.

Qualifikationen
- Proficiency in building Generative AI and Agentic applications at scale, with expertise in using agentic frameworks, vector databases, grounding, and other relevant concepts.
- Extensive knowledge of Cloud AI offerings on one of the Hyperscalers (GCP, AWS or Azure), including ready-to-use AI services, AutoML approaches, and custom model development.
- Strong and assertive communication skills.
- Passion for keeping up with industry trends and advancements in Generative AI and agentic systems.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for MLOps/AIOps.
- A/B testing expertise for AI models and applications.
Erfahrung
- 3+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning in the industry.
- Direct experience or strong familiarity with agent development (e.g. LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Agno).
- Proven experience in research and evaluation of emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with the Google Cloud AI/ML stack (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini Models, Vector Search).
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith), writing integration tests, and establishing robust validation strategies for Generative AI and agentic applications.
