- We are currently looking for a PIM Data Cleansing Administrator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group.
- Partnering directly with the PIM Data Cleansing Lead, your focus will be on auditing, correcting, and completing our product data ahead of migration into our new PIM system.
- In this role, you will combine your appreciation for structured, detail-driven admin work with your capacity for creative problem-solving when data doesn't add up.
- You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
- Review and cleanse product records in the PIM system, checking attributes against defined rules and flagging items requiring input from data owners.
- Apply formatting and validation rules to product records, logging issues and resolutions in a shared tracker to ensure auditability.
- Support PIM project activities, including preparing meeting materials, task tracking, and maintaining documentation such as change logs and process instructions.
- Coordinate with data owners (Merchandising, Logistics, Compliance) to request missing information and follow up on outstanding items, escalating blockers when needed.
- Assist in maintaining consistent data quality practices across product records and projects.

Qualifikationen
- Strong Excel skills, including basic formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF), data validation, and structured data handling.
- High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume administrative work.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Basic understanding of product data, master data, or ERP/PIM systems.
- Exposure to large datasets (thousands of rows, multiple attributes).
- Interest in data quality, systems, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to spot data inconsistencies.
Erfahrung
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial environment (e.g., operations, admin, data, supply chain, e-commerce, finance, or similar).
- Experience with data cleansing or migration projects.
