- Support the design and execution of Data & AI business transformation initiatives across a global organization.
- Help develop and enhance AI readiness, adoption, and enablement approaches.
- Conduct research, analyses, and assessments and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Prepare, support, and document workshops focused on Data & AI strategy, operating models, capabilities, and organizational transformation.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials and best practices that foster Data & AI adoption.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Business Administration, Digitalization/ Technology Management, Communication Science, Data & AI, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Data, strategy and business transformation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and GenAI Tools, e.g. Microsoft Copilot or Gemini Enterprise.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
