- You take over accountability of an HR IT Product Team with a strong focus on delivery and operational excellence.
- You lead and develop a distributed team within the Applications Shared Services domain.
- You shape the future of our HR IT landscape developing a product strategy & roadmap with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Together with HR stakeholders across Group, Business Area, and local company levels, you align priorities and create business value.
- You coordinate demands and tasks together with the team from concept to implementation.
- You ensure smooth HR IT operations, high service quality and continuous improvement.
- You foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and supports individual growth and development.

Ausbildung
- You hold a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Qualifikationen
- You bring strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and the implementation of HR processes.
- Managing international projects and delivering modern application services is part of your professional background.
- You are familiar with IT service management principles and delivery models, including On-Premise, Hybrid, and Cloud environments.
- You have successfully led and developed teams and know how to inspire people to achieve shared goals.
- Managing a diverse portfolio of HR-related initiatives comes naturally to you.
- Leveraging your excellent German and English skills, as well as your strong communication and leadership abilities, you foster trusted partnerships and collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- You stand out through your strong sense of ownership, solution-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Erfahrung
- Several years of experience in HR IT have given you a deep understanding of HR systems, ideally in an international environment.
