Deine Rolle im Team
- We are looking for a talented graduate to join our AI development team and learn practical AI/ML and data engineering skills.
- You will work on real data pipelines, explore machine learning models, and gain hands-on experience in building AI solutions for Ericsson's 5G networks.
- You will be part of a collaborative AI development team working on cutting-edge AI and data technologies.
- You will receive mentorship and guidance from senior engineers while working on real projects.
- You will learn the full lifecycle of data and AI systems-from design to production!
- Learn and work with data pipelines using REST APIs, gRPC, and Kafka.
- Support ETL process development and data transformation tasks.
- Explore and develop machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering for ML projects.
- Work with different types of databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases).
- Learn data processing with PySpark for larger datasets.
- Participate in data quality and validation practices.
- Explore and support MLOps implementation and model monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews and learn from senior team members.
- Collaborate with mentors and team on solving real data challenges.

Ausbildung
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
Qualifikationen
- Strong Python, Java and C++ programming skills and passion for learning.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Familiarity with databases and SQL basics.
- Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new technical challenges.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in a team and receive feedback.
- Passionate about learning AI and machine learning.
- Enjoy working with data and solving data-driven problems.
