- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data experts and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and build operational data-driven solutions that have global impact and scale to all EON countries.
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, define scope and deliverables with the business and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment and mentor junior colleagues.
- Share your ideas and convince to go new ways.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich
Qualifikationen
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka, Containerization and Helm Charts.
- Excellent communication skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience.
- Fluent in English and German.
Erfahrung
- Extensive professional experience in data engineering positions and a consulting background.
- Hands-on experience in building end-to-end data solutions.
- Experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, automation and testing.
- Experience in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure-as-a-Code as well as building secure cloud architecture.
- Experience with our technology stack which includes Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Terraform, Python, Spark.
