Deine Rolle im Team
- Contribute to our data science and AI products by delivering end-to-end solutions, including problem and metric definition, data collection, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring, to solve business problems.
- Develop and deploy custom AI solutions using LLMs and agentic patterns to enhance data-driven processes.
- Ensure robust and scalable solutions through MLOps practices, including for pipelines using generative AI.
- Analyse large datasets (tabular, time series, and text) to extract actionable insights for data-driven decision-making, and develop advanced statistical models in collaboration with central functions such as Finance, HR, and Marketing.
- Stay up to date with advancements in generative AI, data science, and machine learning, and integrate new techniques and tools into workflows.

Qualifikationen
- Possess strong knowledge of statistical modelling and data analysis techniques, ideally with a focus on time series, anomaly detection, or text processing.
Erfahrung
- Proficient in Python, with extensive experience in data manipulation (Pandas, PySpark), analysis (SciPy, scikit-learn), and machine learning model development (scikit-learn, PyTorch, transformers).
- Strong experience in working with text data, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI techniques, including endpoint deployment frameworks and libraries such as FastAPI, MCP, LangGraph, and LangChain.
- Experienced in production-grade software development and collaboration with platform teams, using DevOps tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD, as well as Azure platforms and services for machine learning, data science, and MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Azure Synapse).
- Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Tableau, Superset, and Apache ECharts as well as experience with SAP HANA, SAP SAC, and SAP Datasphere.
